Quantity stepper
A compact minus, count and plus for how many of something; at one, the minus can become a bin that removes the item.
Install
If this is the first component in the project, set up once. This writes ermine.json and copies the theme stylesheet. The installation guide covers Vue, Nuxt and Astro.
npx ermineui initpnpm dlx ermineui inityarn dlx ermineui initbunx ermineui initThen add the component:
npx ermineui add quantity-stepperpnpm dlx ermineui add quantity-stepperyarn dlx ermineui add quantity-stepperbunx ermineui add quantity-stepperThat copies 2 files into src/components/ui/quantity-stepper/. Files you already have are kept.
Use
import { QuantityStepper } from '@/components/ui/quantity-stepper'<QuantityStepper v-model="quantity" :max="stock" removable label="Quantity of Wool throw" @remove="remove(item)" />
<WishlistButton v-model="saved" label="Save Wool throw for later" />
<SegmentedControl v-model="view" label="View">
<SegmentedControlItem value="grid">Grid</SegmentedControlItem>
<SegmentedControlItem value="list">List</SegmentedControlItem>
</SegmentedControl>In Nuxt, with the auto-import setting, the tags work in templates without the import. In Astro, use it inside a Vue island.
What gets copied
| File | Where it goes |
|---|---|
QuantityStepper.vue | src/components/ui/quantity-stepper/QuantityStepper.vue |
index.ts | src/components/ui/quantity-stepper/index.ts |
The folders are the suggested ones. ermine.json says where yours are.
Source
This is exactly what the command copies. To install by hand, create each file below and the helpers listed above.
